About this house sitting position in Lara

I am looking for trustworthy person to mind my house while I am away working interstate for 12 months. The house is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double garage property with generous backyard and outdoor deck.
It is situated in the lovely Geelong suburb of Lara which is very close to supermarkets, pubs, cafes, Lara train station and the You Yangs Regional Park. No pets require minding but I am happy for you to bring your own pets if you need. I would only ask that you pay for what you use in terms of gas, electricity and water, excluding supply charges. Some basic gardening, plant watering etc and lawn mowing required also.
No wifi will be available.
