About this house sitting position in LAUDERDALE

We live in a beachfront 2 storey house in Lauderdale with a garden and golden retriever dog that requires loving care. We are in a very friendly neighbourhood who love a good chat on the beach and only 20 minutes drive to Hobart CBD.
Charlie, our 10 year old golden retriever loves his beach lifestyle. He requires an 30 min to hour walk each day on our off lead dog friendly beach. The rest of the time he's up for cuddles, lazing around inside and outside the house, and loves his food.
The garden may need watering and bird baths filling if no rain in a week. Many birds and bandicoot frequent the bird baths. Pot plants need water once a week.
If you love coffee and hot chocolate we have a great coffee grinder and machine.
