About this house sitting position in Laurieton

We have a beautiful beach cottage that was built in 1964 but has been fully restored. Our home is right on the cycle way or walkway which connects North Haven Beach to Dunbogan.
The charming Main Street of Laurieton is within walking distance where you can access supermarket , chemist , cafes, restaurants and the Laurieton Hotel. The village also houses a beautiful old picture theatre .
We are surrounded by waterways where you can swim, boat, surf or just relax.
Our home has three large bedrooms, a large living and dining area and a beautiful back deck which looks towards North Brother.
We have a relaxing back garden .
Our home is on the direct bus route to Port Macquarie.
Our dog Oscar is very relaxed and easy to care for , just requiring 2 walks morning and afternoon. Oscar is 8 years old.
