Californian heritage bungalow, 3bedroom , 2 bathroom, lovely deck out back. 15 minute drive to Ballarat.
Well heated and air con, very comfy home!! Shared with our 2 rescue dogs Shiro kelpie/staff x is a 4year old love bug-who we have had for 2 years, hes full of cuddles and love and Dori is a 5 year old staffy we have only had for 8 months, she a little fearful but Shiro is her security blanket!! They love a walk down the oval, their food and snugging on the couch !!
