About this house sitting position in Leichhardt

My home is a old RAAF home, 3 bed, 1 bath. In the 2 1/2 years since I bought it, I've replaced the bathroom and the new kitchen is very nearly finished.
The house sits on an 800m2 block with some gardens, vege beds and front & back lawns which may need some attention depending on the weather.
The house is 10-15 minutes from everything - a variety of shopping centres, cinemas, theatre, doctors, hospital and some lovely parks. There is a bus stop and public swimming pool within walking distance.
I have two dogs. They love being with people - so if you are inside they will be too and vice versa. The female is half german shepherd and half husky. She is very smart and super gentle. Although I brush her twice a week, having a husky coat, I need to vacuum every day. It is what it is. The male dog is a standard poodle. He too loves all people, but especially the energy of children. He will stand in front of you and demand a cuddle, but also loves to run and play.
I only give the two dogs 1 1/2 - 2 cups of kibble a day between them. The rest of their diet I make up as a mixture of mince or diced meat, liver or kidney, sardines, fruit & veges. They also get bones twice a week. It's important this diet be maintained. (Neither dog likes Barf so this is not a alternative option.)
I like to travel twice a year. I usually head to New Zealand for a couple of weeks each year to catch-up with friends, plus another 6-7 weeks later in the year, crossing something else off my bucket list.
In 2025 I will be away 19th Feb to 8th March and again (although dates for this trip not firm yet) from the end of July until around 20th September. Read more...
