Peaceful area, backs onto golf course with nice verandahs and views. Located in a culdesac so quiet street. Walking distance to Nepean river walk, art gallery, cafes. 5 minute drive to shopping centre, Joan Sutherland Theatre, and Penrith city centre. 4 minute drive to M4 where you can head up to the Blue Mountains for day trips.
I have two indoor only cats. Benji and Abbie. Low maintenance other than cleaning kitty litter daily and feeding each day. They have lots of toys. Both quiet timid but once they warm up to you, love to cuddle when you’re watch tv.
Newly renovated home is 3 levels. Entry, 15 steps to first level with all bedrooms/ bathrooms, then 6 steps to top level with all living spaces.
