About this house sitting position in Leumeah

We hv a 3 BR house with pool, courtyard, front/ back yards, lawn only in the front. We are looking for a person to look after our home and 2 dogs, 10 yo Brody pom x and 2 yo Mischa Pom. Our dogs are used to having company day and night so would suit a retiree or wfh situation. They have a set routine, up around 7am for wees and a treat. They go back to sleep until 9-10am. Lunch at 1pm, dinner at 6pm… don’t worry, their bellies are like clockwork ?. We cook all their food (chicken, veg and rice) and dog treats (banana, oats & peanut butter cookies) and will have plenty of pre- cooked food prepared in the freezer. Daily walking is not required, Brody is not up for it these days, he mostly sleeps. Mischa is more energetic and is happy to play chasing around the yard or in the house… she is very affectionate and loves lots of cuddles. There would be some mowing at the front and watering the garden, courtyard/ pots. The pool is salt so minimal upkeep, just the odd leaf scoop and skimmer box to empty.
Must be a non-smoker please.
