Comfortable cottage in Adelaide Hills - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living & dining room, kitchen & pantry. Half acre well-treed block, with a garden and automatic sprinkler system. Back decking and front verandah to sit out and enjoy the garden.

Reverse cycle air conditioner, and a wood fire.
Wifi.
TV with Netflix and Britbox (and Iview, SBS on demand, etc).
Three pampered dogs - Border Collie age 13 years, and two Pekingese age 3 years. All three dogs can manage daily walks - but this is not essential as the yard is quite large - and mostly they are indoors! (The Glebe nearby is a one kilometre walk - the BC can be walked off leash, as can the two little ones if they come to you. Otherwise they have a shared lead.)

Public transport to Adelaide close by.
