About this house sitting position in Lockwood Sth

We have just under 10 acres with an American barn converted to a house. 4 bedrooms 2 bath. Large open plan kitchen dining lounge.
We require watering of plants, locking up and feeding chooks, keeping an eye on sheep.
We also have 5 beehives on the property.
My granddaughter will also be at the property during the week but probably not on weekends. She works in kangaroo flat. She cooks her own meals etc.
There is also an older gentleman living on the property who lets the chooks out of a morning and also waters trees around his shed.
There is plenty of room for a caravan, use of the house is ok for cooking, toilet, showers etc
Dogs welcome as long as they will not chase sheep or chooks.
Fencing around house and property is not dog proof.
Would prefer someone with good references and police check.
We are maximum of 30 min from Bendigo cbd and 15 minutes to Maldon
There will be plenty of time for sight seeing.
