About this house sitting position in long jetty

We are living in our 2 bedroom granny flat (which the main home is being completed).

It is spacious and very comfortable with everything you would need. Its only about 3 months old. The main house will be at lock-up stage by the time this home stay happens so no building work happening while we are away.

As the gardens aren't established yet they is only a little lawn that will need looking after.
We also have a dashhound x Staffy call Chippy. He is nine years old and loves going for walks on the dog beach which is a five minute walk from our place.

Chippy is everybody's friend and a very affectionate dog. As I'm at home most of the time he always has company so he does prefer having people to be at home with him. he can get a bit anxious when being left by himself but I just turned the television or radio on and he's fine.
He's a very easy dog to look after.
