About this house sitting position in LONGLEY

We have a 6 acre half bush, half paddock property at the end of a quite dirt road.
Dog - We have a kelpie - Banksi - who is 15 months old. She needs a walk, ball play and attention each day (along with food and water obviously).
Chickens - We have 8 chickens that need feeding and egg collection each day.
Garden - we have a veggie garden and a small potting greenhouse. A few rows will need watering every couple of days depending on the weather/how much rain there is.
4 bedroom, 1bathroom house with woodfire + 2 heat pump/air cons. Plenty of room to park a caravan/motorhome. The Longley Pub with live music on Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons is at the bottom of our rd only about 1 km away. The Longely waterhole is about the same distance if you're brave enough to take a dip in September.
