About this house sitting position in Lower Snug

We live on the water in Snug bay just before you get to Bruny Island. We have a 5 bedroom home that accommodates our family well. We have recently renovated most of our home and enjoy our space with respectful cleanliness and tidiness.
Our house is situation north facing and basks in the sunlight during the cooler months. We have the best view in Tassie! Water and southern aspect of Mt Kunanyi.
The dog beach is a short 5 minute stroll and main Coningham is about 20 mins along the cliff side. Middle Coningham beach (our favourite+ dog friendly) is 10 mins.
Local supermarket IGA is 5 minutes drive and there is public transport (bus) 10 mins along the walk to the highway.
We love our home and are looking for someone who will enjoy this special spot with our best mate.
