About this house sitting position in Lyneham (Inner North Canberra)

Hello. We are after a non-smoking single or a couple to look after our 4 BR house and our furry family member (medium sized dog) whilst we are away 23 June - 25 July. The house is newly renovated, warm with split-systems throughout, a yard in the process of establishing itself, and a guest bedroom and bathroom ready for you. Our 13 year old labradoodle is a well-trained, friendly inside dog that requires daily walks (around 20-30 minutes) and human interaction. We are clean and tidy and seeking someone who is house proud, reliable, and going to take great care of our house and labradoodle. 



The house is conveniently located in the leafy inner-north suburb of Lyneham, ACT near the Lyneham Shops (IGA, cafes, takeaway, chemist). Easy hop onto the bike path that takes you to Civic/ANU/Lake Burley Griffin or across to Dickson shops/Light Rail Station. A bus stop which runs to Civic is also conveniently located across the street.
