About this house sitting position in Lyons

We live in a quiet cul de sac in lovely Lyons in the ACT, a 5 minute walk to the local shops, 20 minute walk/5 minute drive to the Woden town centre, a 10 minute drive to Canberra city, and the Oakey Hill Reserve is right at the end of our street.
We’re looking for a reliable, mature person to look after our Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier and our four-bedroom home and small garden. We’ll be away from 11 September to 14 October, so would need someone who could be there a day or so either side of those dates.
Our slightly spoilt fur kid lives indoors and loves his daily walk, but is slightly less enthusiastic about his weekly brushing. He is an easy going, friendly dog and loves to spend time with people. We’d like someone who would be home most of the time, so someone either retired or working from home most days would be ideal.
Our spare room has a queen size bed, and the house has reverse cycle air conditioning/heating for year-round comfort.
We have a number of outside pots and plants that will need watering, and small amount of mowing will be required. Other than that, you only need garden if you wish to.
