About this house sitting position in Macedon

Our 4 bedroom home is 2.5km from Macedon township and train station. On over an acre. We have a dog, a cat and 2 goats. Our border collie cross requires a couple of decent walks each day, medications in his food and some company. He is an inside dog and sleeps inside but has a fenced outdoor area also. The cat also likes a bit of company on her own terms. She sleep inside at night and has a litter tray she uses inside. The goats love to be fed hay daily and their water changed.
The dog is happy to spend time during the day just sleeping on his own (we work away from the home a couple of days a week) but we do prefer someone who is around more often than not. We have fibre to the house for internet, a wood heater with plenty of wood in the shed, and split systems for heating.
Macedon is a lovely little town and the Macedon Ranges is a great area to explore. House sitters must be able to enjoy the cold and often wet weather, but you can enjoy coming indoors and snuggling by the wood heater!!
