About this house sitting position in Mackay

Cartetakers /sitters required for our 2 dogs on 5 acre property near Mackay Qld. There is a Large shed for you to park your caravan or smaller motorhome out of the sun/wind/rain. Power, Water and somewhere to dump your toilet is available. Good mobile reception. Dogs are adult, well trained and used to being left for periods of time on our verandah if you go out so don't need 24/7 care. They are generally outside dogs in the day. Exercising is done on our 5 acres - just take them for a walk around with a ball and they do the rest 🙂 We have a flock of geese that get fed and locked up at night and let out in the morning. Someone else mows the yard but will include watering of garden around house 1-2 times weekly if required .

This is a share-care arrangement as there is another person who resides on the property also and can assist with the caretaking so you have opportunity to explore the beautiful Mackay region. We are 5 minutes to local woolies etc and 25 minutes drive from city of Mackay on lovely rural acreage.

We are hoping for las week in Jan/1st Feb to approx end march depending on your availability. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to move to the area for work. Sorry no pets and no young children as we have an unfenced dam. Read more...
