About this house sitting position in Macleod

We are a family of three taking a 3-week holiday in Europe/UK in Sept/October. We're after somebody to take care of our home while we're away, but more importantly, take care of our beloved Evie.

Evie is a medium-sized chocolate-coloured spandor (a cocker spaniel cross labrador). She is 6 years old, very gentle, sweet, affectionate, and low maintenance. She needs somebody who works from home or doesn't go out often or for long periods. She's not used to being alone, as we work from home/retired. She will most likely also want to share the bed with you.

She requires feeding twice a day with daily walks and likes to have a bark at possums before bed.

We live near major shopping centres (Northland/Greensborough/Heidelberg), and there are loads of parklands and ovals nearby for walks. We are also very close to Watsonia/Macleod train stations.

We know our neighbours well, so there are familiar and helpful people on hand if needed. Garden care not necessary beyond occasional watering.

Our home is a cosy 3-bedroom Californian bungalow. All the expected amenities are available (except a dishwasher). Large back garden with lemon-scented gum trees.

We'd like to find a dog-lover with plenty of dog care experience.
