Maleny is a gorgeous semi rural tourist town in the Sunshine Coast Hinterlands near to the Glass House Mountains. It is one hour to the famous Eumundi markets and Noosa Beach and 45 mins from Maroochydoore airport. The town holds many alternative, music, art, health and film festivals etc.
It is a quaint town that is serene yet bustling with activity during the day and holiday seasons. There is much to do if you desire.
My home is a modest 3 bedroom, one bathroom comfy home however only one bedroom is available for use. I have roomy lounge and kitchen areas, unlimited wifi and an external laundry with washer and dryer. Your bedroom consists of 2 King Single beds.
I'm looking for a solo person who will ideally spend several hours a day in the home and who will be home in the evenings. You will be looking after my 5 year old cat, Xanther. He is friendly and likes human company. He will likely jump on your lap for a brief cuddle when you sit on the lounge of an evening. He spends the majority of his day sleeping or gazing out the window. He does go outside for a short time most days. He requires feeding, company and his litter tray cleaned daily. He has one tablet every morning so experience and confidence with that preferred as putting it in his food isn’t really an option. He is very smell sensitive so please no fragrances/incense etc in the home.
My main concern is that my furbaby has company, and that he and my home are treated with respect.
I’m looking for a SOLO person with no children or pets and they must have their own car. It is a fabulous opportunity to see a popular holiday destination for free! All photos I have taken myself and are within 5 to 60 mins drive from my house. You will need a car during your stay although town and the supermarket is a 20 minute walk away.
