Comfortable and spacious house in Malvern East. All mod cons, fast wifi throughout the house. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fetch TV. External security cameras.
With the house comes Archie, our 9 1/2 year old Labrador cross Collie. He's a really sociable and well-trained dog, and loves attention (needs to be walked daily).
Plenty of parking outside (with permit), and only 5 minutes walk from Holmesglen train station, and short distance to Chadstone Shopping Centre, for shops, restaurants and the cinema.
