About this house sitting position in Mandurah

We have a 3 bed cottage with off street parking, located about 180m from the Peel estuary and 800m from Falcon beach. We have two elderly mini sausage dogs. Our dogs do not get on well with other dogs. We intend travelling to Europe from early September to early November. We need someone to look after our house and dogs. Our house was built at the end of last year and has Evap, high speed internet, Foxtel and all the mod cons needed. We are located close to the shops, restaurants and bus stop, all of which are within a 5 minute walk from our home. Most of the people living in our area are retired, so an older couple of house sitters would probably get the most out the area. We are happy to pay for all utilities during the stay and will provide a cupboard full of groceries. The only gardening that needs to be done is the watering of a couple of pot plants.
