About this house sitting position in Mandurah

We have a 3 bed cottage with off street parking in Falcon, roughly 10ks South of Mandurah, located about 180m from the Peel estuary and roughly 1km from Falcon beach. We have no pets and a small easily managed garden which only requires watering. We intend travelling to NZ from late April to late May . We need someone to look after our house. Our house was built at the end of 2023 and has Evap, high speed internet, Foxtel and all the mod cons needed. We are located close to the shops, restaurants and bus stop, all of which are within a 5 minute walk from our home. Most of the people living in our area are retired, so an older couple of house sitters would probably get the most out the area. We are happy to pay for all utilities during the stay and will provide a cupboard full of groceries. The only gardening that needs to be done is the watering of a couple of pot plants.
