About this house sitting position in Mandurah

we are looking for someone to look after our female Jack Russell x terrier. (age 116 ). lWe live in a two storey house overlooking the Ocean. We are close to transport and just across the road from coastal walks. We also have a swimming pool. We would prefer it if the sitter is retired, or works part time , as Tiffany is used to having lots of company. She also enjoys a walk every day.,which is,nt a chore, as we have spectacular beaches and coast path a couple of minutes away. We are sure you would enjoy the experience and the surrounding area. Retired or semi retired people would be ideal, as our dog is used to company for most of the day (spoilt ! )We would please prefer someone who would be keen to walk Tiffany daily ,as that is part of her lifestyle ! We do not want families applying, as we would worry about her getting out and onto the road etc. We are close to shops, and Mandurah Estuary, for fishing and Dolphin spotting.Mandurah is approx 50 minutes by train to Perth, and is a tourist ,coastal town with a nice holiday atmosphere . Must be animal lovers, and happy to keep our home looked after. Minimal watering. Main job is keeping our dog happy and well loved. Police clearance and references preferred.
