About this house sitting position in Manilla

Comfortable three bedroom home on a cattle property with beautiful views only 14km southwest of Manilla. Our usual 80 year old house sitter has another commitment ! We need chickens, a cat and a five year old border collie and vegetable gardens and lawns cared for . Only about 30 minutes a day to feed the chooks, collect the eggs and check the automatic watering system. Mowing needed and other chores - water the vegetable patch and feed the cat and dog.
Our home is fully air conditioned and run completely on solar power with generator backup rarely needed. Our son lives close by and he or his staff will be available to help if necessary. We have internet only on our phones as no nbn here but very good reception!
Come and enjoy some space with busy Tamworth up the road and Gunnedah only 30 minutes drive . We are next door to lake keepit dam so access to fishing, kids waterpark and water sports galore!. Sealed road to towns with excellent shopping, cinemas and art galleries.
Our home has a lovely double bedroom with ensuite for your use. Plenty of room
for caravan or motor home. Driveway 400m in to the house is an all weather gravel road.
