About this house sitting position in Manly

Looking for a nice, considerate house and pet sitter.

Home was built in 2013 with 2 floors:
- downstairs with polished concrete, fully equipped kitchen, living room, Tv, large table, bathroom, garage.
- upstairs with bamboo flooring, 4 bedrooms including master bedroom with own ensuite (bath and double shower), 1 study and another bathroom.

Heated Swimming pool: 8 meters long, 4 meters wide.

Full ducted air conditioning. Nice and quiet street (quiet neighbours) next to a park. 800 meters walk to Manly foreshore with plenty of restaurants, 8 kms bike / walk, fishing spots, sailing clubs and weekly food - arts markets. Coles, Woolworths, IGA a drive away. Train station to CBD is only 5 minutes' walk.

My dog is Koko: she is a 3 year old mini schnauzer. Koko would need two small walks per day. She sleeps on her own bed and is fed once a day for dinner. Perhaps a treat here and then, Very nice dog. Loves to be on your laps when watching TV even though she is not allowed on the couch.
