About this house sitting position in Manly West

Requirements:
Someone to stay here mostly to pat the cats, give them a snuggle buddy, and let one out to lie in the sun during the day.
We have an automatic cat feeder, water bubbler, and litter tray, so it is very hands-off care in that regard. The automatic litter tray does need the bag changed twice a week.

Dates:
Dates are slightly flexible. These are our departure and return dates. If you wish to start your stay a few days after the 27th, or end your stay a few days before the 7th, then we can absolutely chat about that.

Home:
2-story home.
Kitchen has all the basics, including dishwasher and air fryer.
Outdoor patio. Backyard. Fully fenced.
Security cameras outside: overlooking the back patio, overlooking the driveway, and at front door.
Spare bedroom - queen bed, electric blanket, 2 bedside tables. We do have block-out curtains that will be hung on the window to eliminate light.
Main Bathroom (with separate toilet) - bath, shower, and we have spare towels, toothbrushes, and shower balls.
The bedroom & main bathroom are upstairs.
Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge. There is also a toilet downstairs.
We have an aircon downstairs but not in the bedrooms.
The lounge opens to the patio, which has a high table & chairs, and an outdoor couch with a table.

Location:
We are 3km to Wynnum Plaza, which has a fruit store, Kmart, woolies, Coles, and a bunch of other things. We are also very close to other small centres that have IGA, pizza stores, lots of takeout places in Wynnum & Manly.
We are a 2-minute drive to Lota; the esplanade runs from Lota all the way past Manly to Wynnum - this is a lovely walk along the water - do recommend. Read more...
