** New Listing.
Just renewed this House Sit request as our Sitter choice made in August informed us on 20/09/26 of a pressing work situation making caring for our home regretably no longer feasible.
**Two storey home. Very comfortable , fully furnished, 3 bedroom , two bathrooms, updated fully appointed large kitchen.
Large 65cm TV with Foxtel & other pay TV channels,
Front veranda with expansive view over a wide expanse of the Manning River NW towards mountains.
MPt's spectacular beach ( 200M behind house) is approx. 11kms long.
Medium sized front & back gardens that require watering every second day, daily watering if hot. Occasional weeding would possibly be required.
**Would prefer an individual or older couple with some decent horticultural experience.
**Explicitly please we do not want family & occasional visitors on site using home as a holiday resort.
*Critically, above all, we'd love to return to a clean house as we'd left it.
Please strictly Non Smokers.
**House would suit a middle aged or older couple / individual who would enjoy the peace , quiet & tranquility of our island home.
Back half of sit includes Xmas holidays & New Year.
Sitter must have own vehicle as this island residence is a at the very end of a two bridge road.
MPt has a single restaurant on the water & a Bowling Club 100M behind the house.
You are isolated out here with no local shop... Old Bar 22kms away has a Coles & several restaurants .
