About this house sitting position in Mansfield

Hi house sitters.
We are looking for a reliable, non smoking, pet loving, house sitter(s) to mind our 8 yr old dog Jimmy, our 6yr old dog Josie and our adult 9yr old rescue cat Mia whilst we are away on holidays in June/July this year.
We are located in Mansfield- North East Victoria- in Victoria's High Country, with lakes, rivers, mountains, bushland, and the Goulburn River High Country Rail Trail (walk/cycle trail) minutes drive away.
Mansfield is a lovely small country town approx 4000 people located about 2 1/2 - 3 hours North East of Melbourne. There are lots of nice cafes and restaurants, 3 pubs, 2 supermarkets, a hospital, a variety of shops- including a mini Kmart, Reject Shop, Mens Shed, a cinema, gyms, golf club, bowls club, tennis, footy/netball club-in GVFL.
Our house is a large, fairly modern (12 years old), ducted air con /heating, with large undercover alfresco/BBQ area with TV/fire - on a fully fenced 3/4 acre block with gardens.
Located in a quiet court (5 mins drive from town)
*** with plenty of off street parking available for your caravan, motorhome or boat. ***
NO public transport here, so you will need your own transport. (there is however a VLine bus which goes to Melbourne and return daily)
WIFI (fixed wireless NBN connected) is available for your use in the home.... so Facetime/Viber/Skype etc internet calls no problems on our WIFI so you can keep in touch with your loved ones.
We need someone to love and keep company our 3 animals whilst we are away - Mia is used to having full access inside and outside (stays in at night) and enjoys human company. She has a litter tray inside that will need attention, although she does venture outside during the day.
Jimmy and Josie our Brittanys (like a medium Spaniel),- Generally self exercise and play with each other in our large yard and inside the house- so regular walks are not essential. They do love car rides if you wish.
Jimmy and Josie, like Mia, also have full access inside and outside and enjoy plenty of human company and pats. They both sleep inside in the laundry inside at night.
Some watering of the gardens may be needed ( manual tap timers to turn on and off -with dripper lines), depending on if the weather is warm.
Occasional mowing of our lawns will be needed - again depending on weather/lawn growth. We have a ride on mower for the main yard plus a battery push mower for a tiny area the ride on won't fit in.

Daily mail collection too please.

We would prefer NO children or other animals staying here.

References from previous sits and police checks would be appreciated.
