5 acre native garden with house, close to Point Lonsdale. No gardening required. 3 year old large Kelpie that needs a good daily run at home or beach. Loveable companion. Loves another dog to romp with. Beautiful place to stay. Hope to find a sitter who likes to stay at odd times during the year. Family support close by. Wood fire or alternative heating. Flexible bed arrangements to suit.
open plan living. Dog care is our priority. He is an outside dog, secure yard, doesnt roam and loves to sit by fire in evening. You will love property and pup!
