About this house sitting position in Maroochydore

Looking for a house/pet sitter who is non smoker, reliable, tidy and must be a cat lover!

There will be my housemate in the house who is polite, quiet, respectful and works full time. He spends most of time in his master bedroom. He is busy with work so I’m looking for someone who can look after my cats.
You will have own bedroom and bathroom.

I have two indoor cats to feed twice daily, clean the litter trays 2-3 times daily and keep fresh water available, and give them some play time! And water the garden.

Prefer single person, female and local so we can meet up prior to see if this is suitable for both of us.
Convenient location, close to Maroochy river, 5-10 mins drive to beach, sunshine plaza, restaurant and cafes, etc.
