About this house sitting position in Maroochydore

A large modern duplex with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living areas, full security, air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room . Front garden and pot plants in rear patio require light maintenance eg watering if hot and dry, weeding in front garden. The small lawns are mowed by a trusted contractor)
One desexed male Tonkinese, 13 years ,band one female desexed rag doll cross, 8 years.Both cats are healthy, friendly and easy to care for. The younger one is a little timid as I adopted her more recently . They love laps, but not being picked up, and seem to prefer my bed on the cooler nights. They are both strictly indoor cats!
I am an experienced sitter myself and aware of the need to provide a safe, secure, comfortable and welcoming temporary home for the chosen sitter. Prior discussions via WhatsApp, FaceTime or similar are very welcome. My home is clean and sanitised regularly ( I am fully vaccinated for COVID and the cats are completely up to date with all veterinary care)
The location is walking distance to the Sunshine Plaza, cinemas, transport hubs and also scenic pathways to the river and beyond to the beach.
Unexpectedly, I require hospitalization in Brisbane for several weeks and February could be the dates. However, I am waiting on confirmation from the hospital.
