About this house sitting position in Maroochydore

Our home is a brand new 2 storey terrace house with a small plunge pool close to the Sunshine Plaza in the Sunshine Cove. We have a very small garden and courtyard. Cotton Tree and the beach is only a 15 minute bike ride away. Walking distance to cafes. We have a small Jack Russell cross terrier Millie , she is 12 years old and was a rescue dog we adopted 4 years ago. Millie loves a morning walk around the water in Sunshine Cove along Corn Meal Creek, she is not good with other dogs , so we give them space when walking past. Millie is a sweetie who loves sitting on the couch with her people in the evenings and sleeps on the bed as well. We are after a clean , caring dog person , non smoker to look after our new home and fur baby while we are overseas for three weeks in July. No need to clean the pool, just water some plants if needed. Millie is our precious fur baby , so after a genuine dog lover with great references.
* Please note for full transparency- our home is in a new Street that is still being developed with new homes going up and will likely be a home being built next door to us during your stay. Our home is only three months old and it hasn’t bothered us as we are early risers and trades have mostly left by 4pm and earlier on a Friday. My hubby is retired and isn’t bothered by any noise, but I appreciate this may not suit some people. Our home does have double glazed windows throughout also which tend to be more noise efficient.
