About this house sitting position in Maroochydore

Looking for a house/pet sitter who is non smoker, reliable, tidy and must be a cat lover!

There will be my housemate in the house who is polite, quiet, respectful and works full time.
He spends most of time in his master bedroom when he is at home. He is busy with his full time job and study so I’m looking for someone who can look after my cats so that he can focus on his life and also my cats get looked after with love and attention.

You will have own bedroom and bathroom.

I have two indoor cats to feed twice daily, clean the litter trays 2-3 times daily and keep fresh water available, and give them some play time! And water the garden.

Prefer a single person, female and local so we can meet up prior to see if this is suitable for both of us.
Convenient location, close to Maroochy river, 5-10 mins drive to beach, sunshine plaza, restaurant and cafes, etc.
