Obi is a 13 year old Manx cat. He was a rescue cat and has been with me for 10 years. He's does have a bit of catitude and would benefit from an experienced cat person who can assess his body language and understand when he would love his brush and when he'd prefer to be left alone. He's an indoor only cat so it's very important that you're mindful of doors, although he doesn't barge. He does have 24 hour access to an outdoor enclosure and enjoys sitting out there in the sun. Obi is very much loved and while he's not a lap cat, he does like to know his humans are around.

He's a healthy boy, no medications, loves to play with his bird on the string. Very food motivated so on a prescription diet to keep him weight in good shape.

We live in a comfortable 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets home in very handy location in Maroochydore. Bathroom, kitchen and laundry are recently remodelled and modern. It's one level within 5 minutes drive of Sunshine Plaza and 15 minutes from the beach.
There are ceiling fans throughout. Air Con in the lounge room and main bedroom. Polished floorboards throughout so easy to clean.

There is a big undercover, outdoor patio with weber BBQ and magnesium pool. The pool has a robot cleaner that just needs to be plugged in every few days to do it's thing.

The back garden is pretty low maintenance so depending on the weather may just need a water. A few pot plants that will need a water and that's it.

It's a central location here. Close to the shops and restaurants of Ocean Street and the new town centre. Easy access to the beach. Public transport close by. Quiet no through street and good neighbours. Read more...
