About this house sitting position in Marrickville

My home is located in my favourite part of Sydney - The Inner West. 1.5 bedroom unit in security locked building with lane-facing balcony and private outside courtyard on the other side.
Looking for mature individual(s) to look after my 14 year old senior dog while I'm overseas for Xmas-New years. He's an old boy but an absolute sweetheart to be with. He's a senior and I need a kind soul to keep him company, walk him daily and make him feel safe while I'm away. He means the absolute world to me so his care is #1 focus over anything else. Will expect house sitter to create a calm environment so no parties, loud noises etc and will need you there for New Year's Eve to keep him company during loud fireworks that happens every year. I have no problems with guests coming by at all, just need to keep things quiet and calm for my gorgeous boy so just something to be mindful of.
Unit includes internet, heater, air con, fully furnished, microwave, oven, gas stove top, large fridge, washing machine, dryer and 2 bathrooms + 2 toilets.
Location is close to shops, chemist, pilates, pubs, and is a growing suburb of the inner west with neighbouring suburbs Newtown, Enmore, Erskineville, Stanmore and many more. Unit is close to the cooks river, scenic walks and golf course is only a couple minutes walk away.
Access to public transport is at the unit doorstep, the train line is under construction for 12 months but there are free buses to get to the local train station. Trip is only 15 mins to get to Sydney City Central.
It's the perfect spot to be in a friendly community, away from the busy city but still close enough to get to the city quickly if needed.
