About this house sitting position in Marsden

Hi everyone
I am in need of a housesitter for April as I have had a sitter withdraw
I have a neat 3 bedroom plus study home . Although a small house it has been updated and is comfortable You will have your own bathroom.
There is a reasonable sized backyard. suitable for your pet, should you have one
The home is air conditioned, has wifi. and Foxtell
There are no pets to care for , just a selection of indoor plants to be watered and general care of outside gardens. There is no mowing needed as it is done fornightly by a gardener.
There are large shopping centres 10 minute drive away and a small local shopping centre 2 mins away
The house has a security system installed and a secure garage. A bus runs past the door if you need it
