About this house sitting position in Maryborough

Hi we are Wendy and Ed. We are looking for a responsible housesitter to mind our home and the beautiful Miss Kitty and two chickens while we're away.

We live in the heritage city of Maryborough Qld and our house is about a 15 minute walk (3 minute drive) to the heart of town and all the amenities including shops, parks, river, clubs and hotels.

We are seeking someone who will feed our 2 chickens and Miss Kitty, and keep her company, as well as watering the pot plants and mowing and tidying the yard while we are away.

The house would ideally suit a single person or couple with no children or pets, and in good health with no mobility issues as it is a high set Queenslander and therefore has stairs. It is low maintenance and fully equipped including Wi-Fi, YouTube, and catch-up TV.

Maryborough is ideally located to explore all the region has to offer with Hervey Bay, the gateway to Fraser Island, only 20 minutes away. Also the opportunity for whale watching at this time of year. Bundaberg, Woodgate Beach, Cooloola Coast and Rainbow Beach, Noosa and the Sunshine Coast are all within an easy 1 & 1/2 hour drive.
