About this house sitting position in Maudsland

3 bedroom single story home with 2 bathrooms. Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room area. Small but reasonable sized back yard.
We have 2 mini Dachshunds, Bailey and Molly, who can be vocal at times. They are cautious of new people in their home but once they know you they will snuggle and be your best friends.
The dogs loves walks but they don't have to be too long (we have short legs). The lawn would need to be mowed at times and maybe some light weeding as well. Not a lot of maintenance or cleaning required. We can send some house photos of rooms and the yard as well.
Coles store is about a 3 minute drive up the road for groceries or arrange home delivery if you wish. Restaurants and other shops are 5-10 minutes away including Westfield Helensvale.
