We live on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula only a short walk to McCrae beach and local shops.
The house has 4 bedrooms, study, large kitchen, separate dining and 2 lounge rooms equipped with all modern amenities. Property fully fenced with a sunny backyard with water views.
There will be one bedroom available to use perfect for a couple or single person.
We are have one Dalmatian who is very loving, well behaved who will require feeding, daily walks on lead or to fenced dog parks, and lots of cuddles.
Garden & veggie patch will require watering.
Having a car is essential.
