Low set brick home with 3 Bedroom + study +ensuite, 2 car garage + outside entertaining area with BBQ and TV.
Timber floors in living areas & carpet in bedrooms, titled bathrooms.
House totally renovated 2023
The yard is not too big but does need mowing and I have gardens and pot plants that will need to be cared for.
Jack Russel dog Duffy 5 years old and cat cross/ragdoll Rosie 3 years old inside cat only goes into the yard does not climb or wander. Both good natured Rosie can be scared of new people.
The area we live in has a pool for use for all in the estate as it is a Body Corporate.
