We have a three bedroom home with a front veggie garden, a largish back garden and plenty of pots on the back deck and in the house. The main bedroom has an ensuite (with under floor heating) and walk-in wardrobe. There's an extra bathroom, toilet upstairs and a laundry downstairs. The main living, dining and kitchen is open plan and modern, with plenty of natural light. There is a TV in the kitchen area, and smart TVs in the living area and office. There are sliding doors that open to a front and back deck area. There's air conditioning in the living area, main bedroom and office if it gets hot or too cold. It's in a nice quiet suburban neighbourhood with local shops not far away in Melba and Spence. There's a purpose built home office with good NBN network, a car port and front parking area. The house runs off the sun and the garden beds all have built in irrigation. So not much to look after!
