About this house sitting position in Melbourne

Our home is in a lovely quiet garden setting on the Mornington Peninsula just over an hours' easy drive from the MCG. and a 12 minute walk to beautiful McCrae beach. So much to do on the Peninsula with wineries, cafes, beach and bush walks, galleries and golf.

It is a two story home with living upstairs. You would have access to a downstairs bedroom with a queen size bed. The bathroom is an ensuite.

The house has an open plan kitchen living area and full laundry facilities. There is a small but very pleasant sunny backyard with BBQ and seating on the balcony with sea views. .

There is off street parking with room for a caravan.

Very efficient ducted heating.

Our main priority is our adored Ragdoll cat who is 11 years old. She is very affectionate.

The key requirement is to feed the cat and give her attention and to also keep the garden tidy. Depending on weather, some pots need hand watering. No lawn mowing is required.

Neighbours are excellent.
