About this house sitting position in Melville

First to say its a 3 level small house & we do have 2 tenants (couple) living downstairs & have their own private rooms & entrance. Kitchen is shared .
They are hardly there & very quiet.

Our top level is your lounge & balcony (in pic) , 2 nd pic shows entrance to your bedroom & bathroom . The closed door keeps the kitchen/ dinning area seperate. Tenants do not come up to this area & hardly in the kitchen. They are early to bed everynight & work full time.

More important we have 2 small dogs that would so love someone at home most of the day if possible. It is ok if you work normal weekday hours.
They're well behaved, both are 14 yrs years old. Jessie (m) is a Shih Tzu /Maltase and Lola (F) a J.R/ Chihuahua. They simply require company & just 15 mins walk daily as getting older now.
Less than 10 minutes to Fremantle and 10 minutes to the city. If no car there is public transport straight outside door to Freo & the city.
Plants in courtyard will require watering.
Ideally we would prefer a just 1 person of mature age.
