About this house sitting position in Melville

First to say its a 3 level small house . We have a tenant that lives in their own seperate downstairs area. They work full time.
Our top level is your lounge & balcony , bedroom & bathroom . Theres a closed off section that keeps the kitchen/ dinning area seperate.

More important we have 2 small dogs that simply need company. perfectly fine to go in & out during the day,just need someone staying these nights in the house.
They're well behaved, both are 15 yrs years old. Jessie (m) is a Shih Tzu /Maltase and Lola (F) a J.R/ Chihuahua. They simply require company & just 10 -15 min walk daily as getting older now.
Less than 10 minutes to Fremantle and 10 minutes to the city. If no car there is public transport straight outside door to Freo & the city.
Plants in courtyard will require watering.
We would prefer a single female to care for Jessie n Lola.
