About this house sitting position in Meringandan West
9 year old house, open plan, on 4000 sqm block. I have no pets to be looked after.
Large main bathroom with bath and shower. Two double beds available and also an office with desk.
Automatic front loader wash machine. No dryer as I use the clothesline.
Water to the house is all rain water, mains water is turned off.
No smoking in the house but smoking out on the back deck is OK.
Internet /wifi provided at no cost.
Garage not available for parking or use.
Caravan parking is OK and a van can be parked in the backyard where there is a 15 amp power outlet and water.
There is no lawn mowing required as I have my lawns maintained by a gardening service. If you are keen, the garden could use some attention but not a priority.
House is five minutes drive from Highfields and 25 minutes from Toowoomba CBD.
