About this house sitting position in Mermaid Beach

I have a 2bedroom ground floor unit with small courtyard in a small block of 6, 200mts from the beach. It is time for a getaway overseas holiday for me with a friend, so I need someone who loves animals to look after my little Maltese 13 yr girl Bella while I'm away. Also to water garden pot plants when needed & collecting my mail. Walking Bella 1-2 times per day ( I usually do a slowish beach or local block walk twice a day approximately 20-30 mins) and keeping her company as she loves lots of cuddles and is a people dog likes to be by your side. She is 13yr old little girl still energetic but loves her sleep too. She was Born deaf which hasn’t worried her but she does rely more on visual commands and signals :) She is more comfortable with a female, who is at home mostly, prefer solo person I.e no families or couples, sorry she is best with 1person.
