About this house sitting position in MERRIMAC QLD

I have a three levels home with an establish garden and a swimming pool. I have two Shitzu Poodles or Shoodles of 3 years old and 1 year old, they are both black, Aramis has a white beard, Athos a grey beard and mustache. Aramis is the elder and Athos the younger. They are very well trained. They had puppy training, and another two trainings. Aramis also had a certified service dog for me, one year intensive training. They are very social and love people attention and play. They like other dogs and children. Their names, Aramis and Athos are two of the three French musketeers.
I would like preferably a couple as house sitters. My house is not set for children or another dog or cat. I have also six very friendly chickens. They are free range and go in & out of their chicken pen every dayby themselves. They produce 6 eggs everyday.
Everyone gets along well with Aramis, Athos and with each other. They are all loved
