Large low maintenance home with reticulated lawns and gardens. Recognised and one of the best homes in Bundaberg. Has a swimming pool and private outlook over a creek. There is full security, ducted air conditioning and cameras on the outside of the property. Our main requirement is the care of our little female Siamese cat. She is very healthy, fairly low maintenance and unusually l quiet for a Siamese. We have a couple of gold fish who require feeding once a day. There would be a few pots to water and possibly a few leaves to sweep up around the pool.
