An older one storey house on a nice flat block.Situated in a small country townfive minutes from Warburton which is a very popular tourist town. We have lovely walking tracks and anew bike track through the bush. There are ma my attractions within a short drive away. We have our own little shopping centre with a great bakery, a small grocers,a take away shop and a cheese shop and as it’s Easter probably an ice cream shop. We have one very easy cat to look after who must be in at nighttime and only eats dry food.Thehousehas everything you need …very comfortable..
