Housesitting request, QLD, FNQ, Millstream near Ravenshoe south of Atherton on the Atherton Tablelands. Sept 7 to Oct 21 2026. We are seeking sitters for our quiet acreage and care for our older dog, 2 cats, and a few chooks in Millstream, FNQ. Ideally you would be self contained with power and water suplied. There are electric gates and an acre of flat land around the house with ample room for vans/RV or camping. Our dog is an English Staffy gentleman named Tyson, 13yo, extremely well behaved especially with a few cuddles thrown in. The two female Ragdoll cats 6yo are mostly inside dwellers. The chooks free range in the afternoon but have a large chook run so you can lock them up if you want. We have a little watering in some of our gardens and a few pot plants near the house. We are 5km from a small general store, and 13km from the township of Ravenshoe where you will find a post office, IGA, pub, newsagent, chemist etc. There is an outside pot-belly for use under the extensive entertaining area with BBQ, seating, dining, fans and lights. We are somewhat flexible with dates and you can stay longer if you need. A lot to see in this area including Millstream Falls, Innot Hot Springs, crater lakes, Undara lava caves just to name a few.
