About this house sitting position in Minyama
We are a retired couple in our mid 60’s and will be travelling away with our family for Easter 2026.
Our home is a low set well maintained, easy care, renovated home on a 600m2 flat residential block in Minyama on the Sunshine Coast. We have a five-year-old Miniature Schnoodle, Chilli, who is an indoor dog, great company, easy going and enjoys local daily walks. We have a well-maintained garden and some indoor plants. We have great neighbours. We are very handy to shops, restaurants, the Mooloolah river (100 mtrs) and Mooloolaba (3 kms) and Kawana (2 kms) beaches.

“We recently had the pleasure of house sitting for Pat & Liz at their wonderful location. Pat provided detailed instructions which made it very easy to look after their home and Chilli. He was also very quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the entire process smooth and stress free.
The house is very comfortable and well equipped for any of our needs.
Chilli is well trained and obedient, just a dream to look after very detailed instructions were given regarding Chillis needs. We enjoyed our walks with Chilli.
